The renowned and well known Ghanaian Head Pastor Vida Wazy Cole of the Grace and Love Sanctuary, Assemblies Of God Church in the Central Region of Ghana,
has finally launched her book dubbed “Sex And Sexuality Of The Youth” over the weekend at her church premises in the Gomoa Fetteh.
Eacloudvisiongh had the opportunity to be granted a very brief interview with the honourable Pastor Cole.
Below is what transpired:
EA: Good Afternoon Great One
PC: Good Afternoon
EA: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to interview you on your book launch today.
PC: You’re welcome
EA: We’ll make it brief Pastor
PC: That’s fine by me
EA: What inspired you to write this book?
PC: Thank you. The act of counselling of the youth in guiding them towards the right path. By putting these counselling into a document form to be able to reach the greater and wider coverage of the whole world.
EA: Can you tell me about the book?
PC: It’s about being able to operationalize certain concepts and characteristics of the youth which are being misled and misunderstood by certain adults in society.
EA: What does the title mean and why you chose that title
PC: It’s simple, I didn’t want to make it a Religious centred but then to make it general to fit in so many society where by every youth can identify themselves after reading the book.
EA: What was your favorite chapter
PC: Each chapter helps to build on the other for a common purpose to solve the problems being raised in all the chapters.
EA :Where do you draw inspiration from
PC: GOD. God the Father, God the Son and the Holy Spirit with whom that makes my whole being.
EA: If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
PC: I am a Minister of God, Married with children and many adopted children whom I love.

She indicated that it is her utmost intention to the Ghanain youth that despite their challenges they face in this day modern World , there is indeed hope for the present and future generations as God has a special way of uplifting the broken and the lost.
The book Sex and sexuality of the youth is mainly centred on the solid foundation of the Christian background that is meant to touch every life that reads and incorporate it in their life as a whole.
She is therefore encouraging the youth to individually and intrinsically motivate themselves to make informed decisions concerning sex and sexuality.
